Its a unique little guest house is the best way to explain it. It is a 1 bed, 1 bath with its own little kitchen and dining area. It is ideal for a SINGLE TENANT (one person). It is simply too small for more than MAYBE 2 people, we strongly prefer 1 person. Water is paid for, tenant pays for their share of power and propane from the main house. Plenty of easy parking, in a safe and quiet back part of a large lot. Even has 2 outdoor areas and very tranquil/relaxing place to be. A family lives in the main house that is a few feet away.

Location is pretty central to all parts of Santa Clarita. 1 Small dog would be the only allowable pet.

Tenant pays for power and propane. Water and trash are free.
