House is custom painted and includes ceiling fans, washer/dryer hook-ups, single private garage for a compact car and one off street parking space. Rent is $2000.00/mo and security deposit is $2100.00 on approved applicant. Landlord pays for water, resident responsible for all other utilities. We will consider a small pet with additional $500.00 security deposit. Pet must be an adult (1yr or older), quiet, non-aggressive, 50lbs or less (or two pets whose combined weight is 50lbs or less).
