ABOUT THIS LISTER
I am a Ph.D. researcher at UCLA who is the leaseholder of the place. I have been living here for the past 2 years and will be moving to a house, as I recently got a Bernese Mountain puppy who would love a yard of her own to run around. I will be the contact person for the tenants and I'm happy to show the place, help with submitting maintenance requests to the service team, and reply to any questions you might have at any time. I will be living in Silverlake and commute to UCLA regularly, so if there is any issue with the apartment, I'll be available to come over to help.
