Once referencing and signing of legal documents has been completed, we will ensure the deposit and first months rent is paid, prior to tenant move in. We will arrange a suitable time to meet the tenant at the property for the move in appointment.
Prior to the big move, we can offer an Inventory and Condition report, ensuring that there is a detailed description of what is contained within the property. Finally, we will offer an Inventory Images/Video of the whole property, ensuring accurate timestamps and a visualisation of the property hand-over. Our clients receive monthly statements, detailing all income and expenditure for the month for their property.
Inspecting properties regularly is a crucial aspect of Property Management. Our Property Managers are on hand to ensure the proper maintenance and cleaning of your property. To this end, we can also take care of any tenancy renewal processes, dealing with any end-of-tenancy issues which may arise.
